Here at Moving Through Motherhood the primary goal is to help Mama's to get moving and connect with like minded Mama's. We want you to feel strong, confident and equipt to handle the marathon that is motherhood.
Our classes are specifically deigned to cater to All mums. From pregnancy, post partum and beyond – we have you covered. Classes are generally circuit style and incorporate strength, resistance and cardio training. Class size is a maximum of 12 to ensure we can give every Mama they care and attention they need.
Most importantly, we have designed our studio to enable you to bring your kiddies along, as we un derstand how hard it can be to find child free time. We have a designated pram parking area, a large play pen and also a chill out zone with TV for the older kiddies.
