We hope you've just found yours.

Here at Moving Through Motherhood the primary goal is to get all Mama's moving, and to find just 30 minutes in the day to focus on themselves, their health and their wellbeing.

Our classes are specifically deigned to cater to All mums. From pregnancy, post partum and beyond – we have you covered. Classes are generally circuit style and incorporate strength, resistance and cardio training. Class size in a maximum of 12 to ensure we can give every Mama they care and attention they need.
