Moving Through Motherhood (MTM) is a specialist pre and postnatal gym in Bentleigh East, Melbourne, designed exclusively for mums. We provide evidence-based pregnancy-safe strength training and postpartum fitness programs that help women feel strong, capable and supported at every stage of motherhood.
Whether you’re newly pregnant, preparing for birth, newly postpartum, or years into motherhood, MTM is a space where your training is tailored to you - and your children are always welcome.

If you’re pregnant and unsure how to train safely, we’ve got you covered. Our programming is built around current research in pre- and postnatal exercise science, helping you maintain strength throughout pregnancy, prepare your body for birth, and support recovery postpartum.
We move away from outdated, one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, we provide individualised coaching inside a supportive group training environment because every pregnancy and postpartum journey is different.
