They say it takes a village...
We'd love to welcome you to ours.
Here at Moving Through Motherhood our goal is to get all Mamas moving. To support them to look after themselves in the mayhem of motherhood and feel strong and confident.
We understand that there can be many barriers for Mums when it comes to exercise, so it's our mission to remove as many of those barriers as possible. No childcare? – Bring them to class. Want to exercise during nap time or maybe class times just never seem to work? Press play on one of our online real time classes. Strength, Cardio, Pilates, Yoga – we have it all. Maybe you are on a reduced income since becoming a Mum? Our memberships start from a very affordable $9.99pw.
Our expert team consists of Emma, a Personal Trainer with expertise in pre- and post-natal fitness. Aileen, a masters qualified Physiotherapist and clinical Pilates Instructor, and Ais our Yoga and Mindfulness expert.
Often #mumlife can be isolating, and that initial step to reach out to others in the same position can feel overwhelming. Here at MTM it’s all done for you. All you need to do is rock up! MTM aims to use movement as a means to connect like minded Mums. We have created the most beautiful little village, full of kind and supportive Mums who have forged meaningful friendships, and we welcome our new members with open arms, coffee and wine.
Every MTM membership includes access to the MTM Community*, which includes group chats, our famous MTM socials, as well as family get togethers.
Join MTM today for as little as $9.99p/w and start to “fill your cup”.
