This class combines strength and cardio training to help you build that lean muscle, improve fitness levels and burn those calories.

Cardi-Glow

A members favourite, Cardi-Glow is a class that focuses on improving cardiovascular performance and improving fitness. The HIIT style workout will leave you glowing and heading into the weekend full of energy and good vibes.
