Waiver

Infrared Sauna Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I acknowledge that the use of an infrared sauna involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Dehydration

  • Overheating

  • Dizziness

  • Fainting

  • Skin irritation

  • Muscle soreness

I understand that these risks may be exacerbated by existing medical conditions, such as cardiovascular issues, high/low blood pressure, pregnancy, or any other condition affected by increased body temperature. I have been advised to consult my physician before using the infrared sauna if I have any such conditions.

2. Health Declaration
I confirm that I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that could affect my ability to safely use the sauna. I further confirm that I am in good health and have no condition that would make it unsafe for me to use the infrared sauna, including but not limited to:

  • Heart conditions or circulatory problems

  • High or low blood pressure

  • Respiratory issues

  • Diabetes

  • Any chronic condition that affects my ability to tolerate heat

3. Sauna Use Guidelines
I agree to follow the recommended time limits and guidelines provided by The Wellness Suites staff. I will immediately exit the sauna if I experience any discomfort, including lightheadedness, dizziness, or extreme heat.

4. Assumption of Responsibility
I acknowledge and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of using the infrared sauna.

5. Release of Liability
In consideration for using the infrared sauna, I release The Wellness Suites, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including any personal injury or property damage, that may arise from my use of the sauna. I agree that this waiver and release extends to all acts of negligence by The Wellness Suites, whether active or passive.

6. Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wellness Suites from and against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of or related to my use of the infrared sauna.
