Healthy Habits Week 7
For our last two weeks of Healthy Habits, I want to consolidate our knowledge and reflect. For week 7, we'll work on making sure you have a clear understanding of the principals of weight loss and the tips and trick we have learnt along the way to make our journey a more enjoyable and sustainable one.
