Peri Power is a specialised strength training program designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause.

As hormone levels shift during midlife, many women notice changes in energy, body composition, sleep, mood and overall wellbeing. What worked for your body before may no longer feel effective.

Strength training is one of the most powerful tools we have to support women during this stage of life. It helps maintain muscle mass, support bone density, regulate metabolism and improve overall strength, resilience and confidence.

Peri Power was created to give women the right training at the right time of life.

This small-group program combines evidence-based strength training with education and support, helping women better understand the changes happening in their bodies while building strength in a safe and supportive environment.

Who Peri Power Is For:

Peri Power is designed for women typically in their 40s, 50s and 60s who may be experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause such as:

  • fatigue or low energy

  • changes in body composition

  • disrupted sleep

  • reduced strength or muscle mass

  • brain fog or reduced motivation

  • a sense that their usual exercise routine is no longer working.

  • ​women, who feel intimidated by big gyms and want something more personal.

You do not need to be “fit” to start- the program is designed as a small group PT session, with no more than 6 women per program. This allows us to meet women where they are and help them build strength safely and progressively. 

 

​Why We Created Peri Power:

At Moving Through Motherhood, we specialise in supporting women through key life stages. Just as women deserve expert guidance when training during pregnancy and postpartum, they also deserve informed, evidence-based coaching during perimenopause and menopause.

We created Peri Power to provide a space where women can:

• build strength safely
• reconnect with their bodies
• better understand the changes happening during midlife
• train alongside other women going through a similar stage of life.

Because feeling strong during this phase of life isn’t just about fitness, it’s about feeling capable, confident and supported in your body again.

Program Details

Peri Power runs as a 6-week small group strength training program designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Participants train together in a supportive environment with expert coaching and progressive programming.

Program structure:

  • 2 x Small Group Personal Training sessions per week

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays – 7:00am

  • Location: Moving Through Motherhood, 9 Scanlan Street, Bentleigh East

  • Duration: 6 weeks

  • $79.99 Per Week.
