Thank you for visiting Moving Through Motherhood . My name is Emma , I am a Personal Trainer and proud Mama to Bobby (3 )and Elle(2).
I am passionate about the benefits that movement has brought to my life, both a physically and mentally. It has been key in helping me navigate this crazy journey that is motherhood. My mission is to share those benefits with as many Mama's as possible and provide every Mama with the opportunity to regain her strength, fitness and confidence whilst at the same time forging friendships with those on a similar path. Moving Through Motherhood (MTM) was created to do just that. MTM is a growing village of Mama's who get together , get sweaty, laugh and then debrief with coffee or the occasional wine. This social aspect is what separates MTM from the rest. 100% of Mamas who have come to try a MTM class, have come back.
Motherhood, as amazing and magical as it is , can also be challenging. Feeling constantly tired, lonely, a loss of identity, unfit and low self esteem are very common experiences. Exercise and especially group exercise with other Mama's can help ease these feelings.
Our classes at MTM are tailored to meet the needs of all mums, from pregnancy, post partum and beyond.
Alongside this I offer 1:1 Personal Training for Mums and Bubs and Private Bootcamps.
