About the event

We're challenging you to smash your workouts, build your strength and feel unstoppable for summer.  

Here’s how....

  • To help motivate you to increase your class attendance and improve your fitness and strength -the sticker charts are back Babbbbyyyyyy!!! You can claim one sticker per class attended. The aim is to collect 30 stickers in total to be entered into the prize draw. Don’t worry if you can’t attend that many classes as there is going to be plenty of opportunities to earn extra stickers over the 6 weeks.
  • In our private events page, we will release weekly challenges focused on fitness, nutrition, and self-care to keep you motivated and engaged. Each weekly challenge will give you the opportunity to earn between 2-3 extra stickers.( each week)
  • Next let’s measure your progress. Pick a preferred exercise from the 3 below. We will test your chosen movement at Week 1, Week 3 and Week 6. Earn bonus stickers for beating your score at each test.

               1.Squats: How many squats can you complete in 60 seconds ? (Use a weight to really challenge yourself )

        2.Push Ups: How many Push ups can you complete in 60 seconds?

        3.Rower: How far can you row in 1 minute?

SPECIAL EVENTS

  • Little Liza's Treats will be coming down to do a pop-up protein ball store to keep you fuelled on 1/11/2023
  • To celebrate the end of the challenge and the start of Summer , we are hosting an exclusive ice bath and breathwork mini-retreat. Those registered for the challenge will have first Priority to book the limited spots.

13/11/2023- Week 4 Bonus Challenge

20/11/2023- Week 5 Bonus Challenge

27/11/2023- Week 6 Bonus Challenge

2/12/2023- Final Test completed before this date

3/12/2023- Breathwork and ICE Bath Mini Retreat END of Challenge.

How to Win?

  • To be eligible to win our amazing prizes you must complete your sticker chart. All completed sticker charts will be entered into the draw.
  • There will also be a special prize for most improved on their chosen movement.
  • And a 'Spring Queen' prize for the person who engages most in all the different aspects of the challenge including interacting on the event page, completing their sticker chart, demonstrating improved strength,l in testing and tagging MTM on socials etc.

How does testing Work:

  1. Select your chosen movement and write it on your chart.
  2. Find a buddy or a coach to watch you complete your reps / row for 1 minute.
  3. Fill in your Chart at the week 1 , week 3 and week 6 and get your buddy to initial your score on your chart.
  4. After the final test, fill in how much you have improved by on the relevant spot on your chart.
